Great place to get parts for older vehicles. Everything I have went in, the staff has been friendly and helpful. They have made rebuilding my 54 chevy truck easier since I can stop in and physically see the parts and purchase them there.

If you hook the Uturn at the train station veer right immediately, the turn on the right is easy to miss. Check the website first to make sure the part is in stock, if you write the part #'s down it's faster for the counter person or put them in a saved list on your phone.

I have been restoring an El Camino since late 2019 and have bought a bunch of parts at NPD Charlotte and online. Today in 2025 as my restoration is almost done, I took a few parts I didn't need back and requested to swap some door panels that were slightly damaged and missing a medallion. The only problem was we had already cut holes for window cranks and door handles on one. Although they couldn't take them back the store Manager (Gary) was nice enough to accept all my returns and gave me a big discount on new door panels. I left happy and have all the parts I need to finish the years long project. I highly recommend NPD to anyone working on a classic car or truck. They had or could get 99% of the parts I needed and were great about shipping the same day or having the parts ready to go when I drove there. Shout out to T- bone as well, he has always been super helpful.
