I had such a great experience using Pierce Automotive. Not only did Richard and the team get my car up and running after needing a rear differential replacement, axel fixed, brakes, oil and all the thing done but they were quick, kind, personable as well as super informative and helpful!! I will continue to use them for any future needs and recommend any and everyone to them as well. It was a 30-35 minute drive from my house but I will say it was worth every minute!! Thank you Pierce Automotive for your hard work, your dedication to your customers and your kindness it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed!!

Very disappointed in their workmanship and their response after I called them on it. Had a rear end pumpkin taken to them to get fixed . After two weeks I get it back looking like this. And they charged me 1393 dollars. I could have bought a complete new rear end for less than that. Their response was bring it back we'll take our parts out. No we will refund your money or nothing. You be the judge. Look at the pics. Would you put that in your car?

Andy and Jason do a great job checking all fluids. Oil change quick and professional. They only recommend things that need done. Never any pressure. I highly recommend Pierce Automotive.
