On a recent trip from PA to NH, my truck broke down just east of Binghamton, NY. I called several repair shops—none could even look at it for at least three days, and one said a full week. One shop referred me to Hendrickson’s, and I’m so glad they did. I spoke with Sandy, who said they could check it out same day. Turns out the truck needed more work than expected, but the team was incredibly helpful—even assisting us in finding a place to stay while repairs were underway. They even drove us to and from a local motel, which was way above and beyond what we expected. The truck was fixed and back on the road before any other shop could even schedule an inspection. The trip home was smooth, and arriving back in New Hampshire, we couldn’t thank them enough for the work they did. Honestly, it runs better now than it ever has.
