Not long ago my husband and I bought a car here. Best dealer in Queens hands down! Jeff was our salesman and he is the man! We got there kinda early and honestly since we had a bad experience somewhere else, we were kind of scared that we might have problems buying this vehicle. No problems, no hidden fees. If you finance they help you with all the paperwork. No lies! It was a very smooth process. Jeff helped us a lot! We forgot some needed paperwork at home and he even drove us there! Some people may think “well, yeah, it was for his own interest”. Well, let me tell you something. I’ve seen desperate people trying to sell you something and I’m good at reading them, but Jeff is genuinely trying to help you out. He knew about the car, the features and all that. He didn’t rush us or anything. The car was in good condition, clean and what i loved about it: the warranty! It depends on the vehicle but they’re very clear about it. There was a missing cap for the windshield fluid. We told him - He handled it without hassles. I really recommend you this place. I bet it’s not only Jeff but the whole personnel are very polite and helpful.

I end up decided on a 2011 BMW 335 instead, which cost just a 5% more. They helped me getting a good finance rate as well. Overall I’m very pleased with the car and happy with my purchase.
