This bank opened up a credit card and debit card in my name without my knowledge or permission. The credit card appeared on my credit report and plummeted my credit score. This bank refuses to answer the phone or respond to emails/voice messages. Their "fraud" department is a fraud itself. I've had to file a police report and dispute this with the credit bureaus. This bank should be investigated and shut down. Avoid at all costs.

Just like a few other reviews I've seen, mine is the same. I've tried calling since January 2025, without any avail, left many detailed messages with my call back number and still no one returns my calls. My tax refund got sent to this bank and all I was trying to do was have them return the refund back to the irs so that the refund gets to the correct individual, which is me. This is very much poor customer service and lack of urgency on a business front, and even more so to be so condescending when it comes to federal business to handle yourself with such little class or effort. I know there are rules, regulations, and laws against everything that is being done and the withholding also. To blantly ignore the issue thinking it will dissipate, IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! Considering the lack thereof urgency and customer service this place doesn't even deserve any amount of good reviews or respect AT ALL! Downright ?!

I been trying to call yall forever and nobody won’t answer my calls or pick up the phone when I do call that’s crazy. All I’m trying to do is get my refunds that been sent to yall I have account number from the irs in the irs says it’s the account that my refunds was deposit and it’s crazy because I need my dam money
