I had a great experience with PC Richard that I wanted to share. I needed to buy a new gas dryer for my home on the Upper West Side. First I tried to buy one from Amazon because of free delivery and good prices. But it was impossible to get Amazon to give me the insurance forms that my apartment building required. Then I tried Home Depot, and again I was unable to get them to give me the Certificate of Insurance. Finally, I walked into PC Richard and met Orlando. Not only was he very knowledgeable about the appliances, he also actually understood the process of getting a COI processed and the product actually delivered and installed. I ran into a number of obstacles with my building management, but Orlando helped me work through them. He was responsive and reliable and always true to his word. It's so great to find someone so trustworthy, and it speaks well of PC Richard for finding and retaining a quality person like Orlando. I also had good experience working with the delivery folks, who were also very responsive and professional. Kudos to PC Richard!
