Going to staples has it's pros & cons. Pros: They have good printing and copying machines. You can email documents and have them printed while you wait. They will do overnight shipping with UPS so it's a one and done document service. I am not reviewing the whole store. I am reviewing the copy center. The staff were not. helpful. I am older with a disability and no one came over to see if I needed assistance. I can only see out of one eye. It would have been helpful to have one of the clerks suggest I would be better able to do my packing at a desk where I had more control instead of leaning over where I was a fall risk. It was obvious I was struggling. They did their job but could have communicated better and could have offered to help.

Complaint Review – Poor Service at Staples Copy & Print Center I visited the Staples Copy & Print Center today at around 8:27 PM—well over 30 minutes before closing. I requested a few color prints on my own special paper, something I do almost every week and which normally takes just a few minutes. To my surprise, the lady at the counter refused to fulfill the request. Despite clearly having no customers in line and appearing unoccupied, the lady at the counter asked the manager, and both insisted I place the order and return tomorrow. This is unacceptable. I made a special trip, driving from a distance, expecting the reliable service I've previously received. It’s disappointing to see staff unwilling to assist with a simple task, especially when they’re not busy and there's plenty of time before closing. Staples, it seems your employees no longer care about customer service or your reputation. I needed the prints tonight—not tomorrow—and was denied the help I came for.
