They said they didn’t have a working reader. How convenient. It just so happened to be raining. There wasn’t even a sign or anything. The other competitor down the street didn’t have a working reader either. So why is it that both stores don’t. Just doesn’t make sense.

Told the new clueless worker what I wanted precisely and repeated it but he charged me for the wrong thing and used my $5 reward. I can back and another started telling me I can do a return but can’t get your reward on the correct item I wanted. After “Angel” looked at the receipt for what seemed like forever he kept repeating I can’t give you the reward back when it was the employees fault. After that he decided to give the difference we were owed. Terrible experience here.
