Driving down the dirt road unknown if I should waste my time on this Google closest auto repair shop without an appointment even wonder if it was a real shop.To my surprise it was the best Google find They had a lot of vehicles lined up. They had 3 bays occupied and guys hard at work. It is a newer building with updated equipment a nice office with a friendly smiling face and helpful. The owner still took his time to come greet me and talk to me about my vehicle needs and gave advice and very knowledgeable reasonable down to earth but most importantly genuine and not greedy just Real which is hard to find these days.

I have never had such good customer service in my life. I’ve never had to make an insurance claim before nor have I ever been in an accident when I was run off the road I needed somebody work done. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and telling me where to start. Once I made the insurance claim, they handled all the stuff from there. They were good at keeping in touch during the repair process to let me know timetables and their prices were very reasonable. My car came back looking better than it did before the accident. Having great customer service like this goes such a long way. Thank you Wallace auto so so much!
