After two other tow companies dispatched by my auto manufacturer’s Roadside Assistance randomly canceled with no explanation, leaving me standing waiting for hours, the third time was the charm with T4 Towing as they actually showed up! The driver, Mohammed, was professional and courteous, making me feel at ease as he loaded my RV van onto his flatbed truck. Everything went smoothly from loading the van to dropping it off at the dealer for repairs.

Absolutely unprofessional. I have never been in contact with a towing company that has wasted so much of my time. They told me the night prior they would be here in 50 minutes. Never came. Call back and they said they would call back in an hour. Have to call them back again and they said they would come in the morning . Now this morning they said they don’t feel comfortable towing it. (‘Missing the driver side wheel) .. could’ve said that from the beginning instead of wasting our time. Just absolutely rude and unprofessional. Not surprised to see they already have such a low rating. My recommendation to anyone is to find a different tow company.

Mark is the best person I ever met from a towing company. He called as soon as I placed a request, inquired about the problem, gave me an ETA for arrival. Based on my past experience I assumed the ETA is subject to a delay anywhere from an hour to ten. Lo and behold, I was surprised when he arrived dot on the time he promised. He was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and personable - qualities of a person with excellent customer service attitude. He treated my vehicle with the same care and attention that I do. He is definitely an asset to T-4 towing and I hope he is well appreciated and taken care of.
