Terrible AAA service call!! Johnson Rosemary came to change my flat tire. After making pretend to lower my spare from under my car where it's stored on the Toyota Sienna, he claimed my car is broken and he can't get the spare tire. That was after he said he has no idea how to do it and asking me to do it. As I said he "tried" and for no more than one minute before driving off.

Not sure if this correction location but wanted to compliment your worker enid. She was very professional kind and hard worker. My car broke down and she addressed issue quickly and efficiently in getting me towed to my local repair shop. Excellent worker
