Thank you so much for helping me today! I stopped by on a Friday right before closing on my way upstate when I realized I had a nail lodged in my tire. They helped me right away, took it out, plugged the hole and put air in all my tires. I barely had to wait two minutes. The mechanic who helped me was quick and efficient. They only charged me $20 and saved me miles in anxiety! I wanted to tip the nice mechanic but I didn’t have cash on me ? next time! Thank you Freddie’s!

WARNING! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Absolutely unprofessional. I brought in my car end of September because the coolant was leaking & possibly needed a new engine. Freddy stated their diagnostic tests would confirm whether the head of the engine needed resurfacing or if a new engine was required. He seemed honest & agreeable, so I left my car with him. After weeks of chasing them down, I learned that the head of my engine was ALREADY sent out to get resurfaced WITHOUT consulting me. Freddy quoted $250-350 for this and mentioned it would take a couple of weeks. Given the circumstances, I let it go and also asked them to change the clutch. However, a couple of weeks turned into months with no updates. It is now mid-January, and after numerous calls, Freddy finally tells me my car is ready for pickup at a staggering cost of $3,700. He also mentioned that 2 cylinders are misfiring, indicating I need a new engine. Wasn't this the point of the diagnostic test? Why proceed with any work if a new engine was required from the start? Where was their communication throughout this process? I attempted to pick up my car several times, but the numbers weren’t ready. The complete lack of communication made me feel as though my car and money were not valued. Please save yourself the frustration of being car-less and constantly having to call for updates. Go somewhere else. I urge anyone who has faced similar issues to speak up and hold this business accountable.

Freddy has been a good mechanic for the last 10 years I’ve know him when he was a helper I have nothing bad to say about him , but now that he has his own shop and workers they have no idea what they are doing , they take guesses on parts and fix and fix until they get the right part done , I was quoted for repair around 2000$ and turns out the part they wanted to fix wasn’t even the part that was damaged after I took it to another shop they found the problem asap and charged me an extremely lower price , I will never come back to this place again he lost my trust and business.
