This company is absolutely terrible. They came to fill up and after they left we could smell propane. We checked for a leak and there was a big one. Called them to tell them and they gas light us saying there is no leak. 2 weels go by and the tank is empty. It usually takes a month to get empty. Well I call and they continue to gas light me and say there is no leak. We sprayed it and there was a leak. Then there story changes 12 times. They say there is no leak then that they put it in the smaller tanks ( which they didn't cause they were empty as well and aren't hooked up). Then they said we would have to pay for the propane they put in that basically evaporated cause the leak wasn't fixed. Mind you I have been saying for months that I think we have a leak and they say some random numbers and say oh no that's about right. This company is filled with incompetent people. DO NOT GO WITH THEM THEY ARE AWFUL AND TERRIBLE PEOPLE.

They are a horrible company, you can get on a budget and they don’t come fill your tank, you can have a family, pregnant wife, little newborn babies, and it don’t matter, they don’t come fill your tank if your out and it’s winter time, they don’t care about their customers, all they care about is making a buck, literally ran out of heat twice, first time they said, oh I am sorry can’t make it out till next week when we head up that way, this time they didn’t fill our tank this week when we’re on a budget to where they are supposed to fill it once a week, it’s going to get down to 12 degrees tonight, geuss what, that dont matter to them, we could freeze for all they care, just as long as they make a buck, just saying Griffith comes out no matter the time of night to make sure your families warm, yeah there is a fee for show up but at least your family doesn’t have to freeze, all I wanna say is, this place is a JOKE!!!! Rant over. Hopefully my unborn child and wife can stay warm till they decide to fill it.
