Terrible experience — never going back. We went to this place today and saw a few empty tables, including one that said reserved. I asked politely if we could also make a reservation since we were waiting for two more people, and the staff said no. We sat down at a table, there were still two other empty six-person tables. About 10 minutes later, after my friends arrived, I went to hang our coats, and when I came back, the same staff member had removed our two small children from the table and was preparing it for people who arrived after us. This was extremely disrespectful and unacceptable. There were other empty tables available, and touching our belongings and asking our kids to move without our permission was beyond rude. I would never come back here and definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.

I love ❤️ it‼️ My daughter told me that the shop was still around and how many great memories she had off when I took her and my son when they where young. Now she planning to take my granddaughter! Lovely ?! Oh! I still have the craft one of that both my and son made many, many years ago!

When I went here I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. The workers were all incredibly nice & patient. They have a good number of things to choose from and my 10 yo daughter had a lot of fun. We went on a Saturday and it wasn't crazy crowded. It's a bit pricey but well worth it for a fun Saturday. We will definitely be going back!
