My family and I moved out here to Virginia from Florida for work but things took a turn for the worst (our car being towed and just other factors playing out. My daughter and I have a family member coming to pick us up tonight, October 3rd 2025 , and won't be back for possibly months. By then the vehicle will be taken elsewhere by then I'm sure and all of my daughters and my belongings that some of them I won't ever be able to replace will be lost . I called in desperation as a mother to come and collect my two year olds car seat and documents but the women on the phone was very rude and spoke to me like she couldn't have cared about my situation at all. I understand that this establishment has rules and current hours of location but all I was trying to ask was to get my child's thing at least . All of her clothes and small things like newborn handprints , and don't forget to mention her car seat was in that car. I don't have the money to get the vehicle out but I just needed my things. I don't understand why people can't speak to another human being like a person then a robot just doing another job.

My car was sent here after an accident. Then it was moved somewhere else. I had to find out by someone else that i needed to come to them to get my belongings. So that’s exactly what i did. So when I got there everything was fine. I signed the paperwork. So it was time to go get my belongings. It took them forever to do that first red flag. I get my belongings ane head home. I finally go to my bag and to my surprise is moldy.. I don’t know where they keep their belongings, but my stuff is not moody when I left my vehicle after the accident . And not to mention, my oil was missing (but left the funnel) and my bath and bodyworks car sent refills were missing. And they broke my Starbucks cup and if anyone knows how expensive and hard they are to come by understands . Here’s my vaccine card that I had to throw away because I couldn’t remove the pin is faded and you can see some mold on it. Also my broken cup with mold inside
