Had my car break down unexpectedly yesterday morning when I tried to start it in 0F weather. Not only did they drive out half a mile to try to jump it for me but when the car still wouldn't start they ordered a tow for me with a discount through their connections. I antocipated the repair to take a week but only took like 32 hours with no upsell on otherwise unnecessary repairs. Also appreciate how they were willing to explain what was wrong and how it happened so I could avoid damaging my ignition due to a week battery in the future. I intend on these guys being my mechanics moving forward.

I needed a thermostat housing replaced five years ago or so when I was new to the neighborhood and have since trusted this shop with maintenance issues. They have skilled mechanics and do a great job. Also once went the extra mile to make sure my front license plate was mounted well after coming loose, totally unrelated to my repair. Always courteous. Totally recommend!

My daughter bumped into the vehicle in front of her and popped the bumper cover clips on her vehicle. She went to Bucktown Auto Repair to get a repair estimate and they installed new clips at no cost for her. Thank you for helping my daughter and we'll remember you for any future repairs.
