The customer service here is exceptional & truly unparalleled. I was helped this morning by a gentleman named I believe Rick, who was incredibly kind & knowledgeable. He made sure I got what I needed to get home safely, which happened to be a windshield wiper. It's so much more than the little thing you think you did for me. Truly, thank you!!! Needed a wheel bearing replacement and this place gave me a hassle for not knowing exactly how the part looked to the fine detail, even with photos sent to them. Started to yell over the phone and treat me like I'm a nuisance and honestly didn't even have the parts I needed. Prices were also very high compared to any other Napa in the relative area. Will save you the time by saying just don't go here... Terrible customer service and respect for new customers.
