I don't like vibes at this location. I was paying my bill and they were quite suspicious of me for that. I've been at other locations to do the same and always get a warm experience.

At 9am, I booked an appointment for 1:30 with Katie Liu. When I got there at 1:20, she was sitting with another client. By 1:40, she still had not come out to greet me, or let me know she’s running late. Her and the client were looking at something on the client’s phone. I wasted my whole lunch break walking over here and for Katie to be extremely unprofessional and never see me as a client. Why would you schedule something but go over time with a different client? So gross. I will never come back here.

I went here for an affidavit notary at 3:20pm. They didn’t take me and told me to come back next day because they had an appointment with another customer at 3:30pm. It takes like 5 minutes to do the notary. Not to mention I’m a Chase customer.
