I was greatly helped at this bank branch to quickly obtain the necessary statement when I was extremely pressed for time. I was greeted by very polite staff, offered a seat, and quickly found a representative. He prepared the documents for me and explained the intricacies of using the app. I am very grateful to Matthew Geller for his assistance, clarifications, and ease of communication. This was essential for me, as I am a foreigner and not very knowledgeable about banking.

I went to Chase today and had a great experience with the representative helping me, they were extremely kind and professional. However, I was genuinely shocked by how a manager, Malia Chatman, spoke to her team. She was rude, dismissive, and openly degrading to the employees right in front of customers. It created such an uncomfortable environment and completely overshadowed the good service I received. I hope this is addressed, because no one deserves to be treated that way especially not in front of clients.

All I will say is that Pat working the front entrance area and Ivette working cashbox #45 are incredible employees and deserve a raise. They truly exemplify what it means to have stellar customer service. From the efficiency of their work, to their warm, welcoming, and lighthearted demeanor, to their willingness to help me out at 4:52pm, I have never ever had such a wonderful experience at a bank. These two are worth so much, please show them the appreciation they deserve with a large bonus.
