    Agree with other reviews, worst customer service location. Been a loyal customer of chase for 15 years, went to get a document notarized, and they say need to get an appointment that is 7 days out as the location is busy. I see probably 10 employees chit chatting in the corner, doing nothing.

    Worse customer service. I went to cash back a check, and the cashier didn’t help me change my check. I went to Bank of America, and I didn’t have any issues. Never will open a bank account here.
