Went in right before closing because the atm wasn’t reading my card, the staff was nice about it and friendly

This branch is so disrespectful to customers because they never pick up the phone. I called every morning and every afternoon, three or four times, for a week. Not once did they pick up the phone; I keep being routed to a generic customer service rep that knows nothing about the particular branch. Who is the branch manager? They need to get their act together and start showing a basic level of courtesy to customers by picking up the phone.
