The Staff here is very friendly, professional and competent. I was able to schedule an appointment to open a new account in a very reasonable amount of time, and the Banker Mr. Jesus was accurately and efficiently conveying to me the options for opening up a new account, taking into consideration my prior experience with chase, and also providing some important initial advice about financial planning for my goals in settling in as a New York Resident in 2025 and onwards.

A lady by the name of Naomi thought it was okay to profile me because my license was stolen and since has been missing. The saving grace of this location was Miss Charlotte, one of the more courteous and professional bankers. I can’t believe people like Naomi are allowed to work at Chase let alone represent this multi billionaire dollar company, but perhaps that is the exact reason why. The people at the top of the chain don’t care about how their clients are treated so long as their money remains unscathed. Anyway, I recently visited again to make another cash withdrawal. This time, I was handled with efficiency and was out the door in less than 10 minutes. But Miss Naomi, who was assigned as a greeter today, must have heard me mutter under my breath she was a rude lady and smiled in my face and wished me a nice day. I guess I did get other her skin, otherwise she wouldn’t have remembered me at all. Good luck, Naomi. I will never be handling another transaction through you, ever again. With or without ID.
