Branch is good for one thing and one thing only. Withdrawing money. I'm sorry two things. Depositing and withdrawing. As for the bankers as always care is not given. Sure they are super nice to you. But they waste your time. Made an appointment to open up business account. Made it days before today. And I couldn't open it today because I wasn't informed on what paperwork to bring. So of course I missed apparently one important item. So everything done had to be deleted and in today's world I couldn't send the paper via email to the banker. Wasted 45 mins of my time and now I have to go back to another chase over the weekend. At this point I rather then be less talkative worrying about saying hi and bye to customers and focus on actually being a good banker. Than maybe today I could have opened my account in one visit. Smh. Chase forever proving online platform is amazing but in person branches are so lacking.

It is Saturday, April 12th, 9:20 a.m. and I'm shopping around, trying to decide on which Chase Bank to open an account with, and it's clearly NOT this one! I just got off the phone with some guy named Mark (in the department where they influence when funds are release -- not sure why I was transferred to him in the first place), TERRIBLE customer service, as in ZERO! All the stereotypes about banks treating people like just another number or a wallet clearly comes from subpar customer service like this guy. Chase would be doing itself a favor by moving him to a non-customer interacting role, assuming he's any good with number and banking. Definitely, if you want to be treated like a number or a wallet, go here. If you love your humanity and appreciate being treated like a person, go anywhere else but here!

I have gone to the branch on 2 separate occasions to make a withdrawal when I forgot my bank card. I completed the form and provided my drivers license. Each time I withdrew less than $100 with a much larger remaining balance. Each time I was questioned about why I don’t have my card, told I never come to a teller so they needed to check something further, even questioned why my ID was new although it clearly stated it was just renewed/issued; I was even asked to login to my account on my phone. Considering the dollar value of my withdrawal and the fact that I showed ID, clearly their issue was a lot deeper than confirming my identity and they need sensitivity training.
