I recently moved to the country on an L1B visa and needed to open a bank account. Many people recommended Chase Bank, and after conducting my own research, I was impressed with what I found. Although this branch is not very close to my apartment, it had excellent reviews. I’m thrilled with the service I received at this location. Matthew Stack assisted me with opening my bank account and obtaining my first debit and credit cards. He was highly professional and dedicated to his work. You must make an appointment for any in person Chase bank needs with Jason Bencivenga and John Mendez. They helped sort a difficult and scary identity theft experience for me; and were gracious, patient, kind and considerate throughout the whole process. Jason followed up multiple times over email and phone to check in and advocated for my case for a month. I felt totally supported and taken care of through every step of this nightmare situation because of working with both Jason and John. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to them both!
