This branch of Chase is located in a particularly dingy area of Broadway where homeless people roam the streets begging for spare change. I went here on a Sunday so there was no staff to interact with. Other people are complaining there was no parking here. What do you expect it's Manhattan. The ATM area is surprisingly huge for a Chase but as you can tell from the pictures relatively clean. While there is no handicapped parking there is handicapped access for people with disabilities. The place is well heated as well.

I have to say I had an amazing experience at this Chase Branch. I walked in for a fraud in my account and all of the staff seemed very professional. I was later introduced to the manager of the branch (Kimberly I believe), who was extremely helpful and assisted every step of the way until my issue was resolved.

I had a complex situation involving multiple banks, conversion of USD dollars, withdrawal of a decent sum of money. Most of the bank tellers I worked with were not able to help beyond giving lip service advice I could find online. Kimberley Samaroo at this branch changed the game. She was able to be consultative while helping me see how Chase could help me with by bigger financial goals. Thanks to her we left reassured and ready for one of the most significant events of our life (our wedding). If I could give 6/5 stars here I would because Kimberly is an all-star and I would highly recommend banking with this branch.
