Got a weird call from some scammer sounding guy who apparently works here that speaks broken English, saying there was someone trying to take money from my account. I don’t have a chase account & when i was asking questions regarding it, the dude hung up in my face. Super unprofessional, left me worried & confused and they’re not picking their phones up now. If that guys licensed, he shouldn’t be! Maybe if they had someone who spoke English making calls, it might be easier to understand. Don’t use this bank!!!
