I opened an account here today last minute and Denise made a wonderful first impression ! She was lovely and so sweet. And is an Aries!!! I was passed off to Michael (a cancer) who unexpectedly made setting up my account into an enjoyable entertaining experience! You don’t go into a bank and leave feeling like you hung out with an old friend you’ve known for years! However I did! He was very patient and kind and funny! Which is always appreciated in any generally routine scenario! Everyone deserves a raise! I was in good hands and the process was easy and all around such good energy. I received horrible treatment at the branch on Staten Island, Arden Avenue and the location at 41 and Third Avenue which is an arrogant boys club.
