I’ve been trying to contact someone from this bank for weeks, have called multiple times, half of the time the line is busy and the other half of the time the person I’m looking to speak to isn’t there and doesn’t call back. I’ve even had an in person appointment twice and my issue still isn’t resolved. I recently switched from US Bank and was actually quite excited to join Chase because I had heard good things about the company. Unfortunately I’ve already had a couple of issues and communication with my branch has not been easy. So naturally, I’m now considering moving banks AGAIN as this is not a good start to my relationship with Chase. :(

Totally agree with prior reviewers it took me over an hour to get through and when I finally walked to the branch, the service was just as bad. I will definitely stick to my home branch in NJ going forward.
