Excellent customer service at this location, especially by the staff that greet you when you enter. I went in today to exchange some coins and to deposit some old notes that had been damaged. The staff went out of their way to help me which I really appreciated. They were kind and considerate and explained my options clearly. Very happy to use this Chase location and to be a Chase customer.

I have never visited a Chase branch as terrible as this one. I walked in and asked about my Chase account technical question. Instead of telling me they don't know the answer to my account technical question or help me find someone who can answer the question. They just tell me they can't help me, I have to figure it out myself. I was speechless, wide eyed and jaw dropped. How dumb and unprofessional are people working at this branch?? I much rather walk a few more blocks to another branch to get to talk to someone brighter and friendlier.

I walked into this branch to open an account & was attended to in the most professional and friendly manner by this branch's banker - Timothy Bertrand. Even though I did not have an appointment, there was minimal wait time. Timothy is a highly professional banker - he was extremely friendly and thorough in explaining all the details. He made sure all my queries were answered & simplified the whole banking process for me. Overall, it was an excellent experience visiting this Chase branch.
