We are writing to express our dissatisfaction with Atlas Auto Parts USA **** and cannot recommend their services. On behalf of our customer, we placed an order for a $4,500 engine, intended for a 2015 Dodge 2500, which the customer planned to install themselves. However, the engine received was a Grade C unit, exhibiting significant damages, including a broken engine cover, broken fan, numerous other exterior defects, and substantial rust. Although the customer initially accepted the delivery, believing the damages were purely cosmetic, upon installation, the engine proved to have no compression. We initiated contact with Atlas Auto Parts to arrange a return and full refund. Following the freight company's pickup of the engine, and despite the passage of 15 days, Atlas is now refusing the refund, citing the absence of certain parts, such as the valve cover, intake cover, and manifold. These parts were damaged upon initial delivery and were not returned by the customer, under the assumption, given the engine's condition, that Atlas would not require them. We are currently engaged in ongoing communication with Atlas to resolve this matter, including the possibility of returning the damaged parts. Our client has already returned all of the missing components; nevertheless, Martin from customer service is currently unresponsive to our inquiries and is refusing to initiate the requested refund.

Purchased 2006 Ford Explorer Engine.A great resource for used parts that are priced well.Was assured they ran the engine and offered a 90days warranty on the parts. Knew exactly where to take it for delivery at thedealership and even waived the delivery fee. Will definitely be looking to get more parts here if need be.
