Nice deck and stretch of shore to fish. Mosquitos are abundant so bring your bug spray. Can't speak to how good the fishing is in the inlet but the gravel boat launch was decent. It is covered in duckweed. The guy who says he couldn't find poison ivy must not really know what it looks like because it is EVERYWHERE, both on the ground and climbing trees as vines. Hairy rope, that's a nope! I would not recommend ducking into the bushes to take a leak. I'm attaching pictures to assist identification.

This is the second time that I come here. I am giving it four ⭐️’s because the little dock is nice. And the acces for small canoes and inflatable boats to get to the main lake is adequate and convenient. But as far as catching anything from the dock, not so much. I didn’t get a single bite, even with different bait. Other people had the same luck, with all kinds of bait. Very peaceful spot.

Maybe it's better earlier in the summer, but over half the water was covered in algae making it hard to fish. The trail around the far side wasn't too bad, but overgrowth made some spots hard to traverse. Lots of bugs and potentially poison ivy. I didn't see any , but there was a sign warning of its existence there.
