Extremely friendly and helpful, had a radiator fixed and they did an excellent job and the cost was well within the average cost for the labor that had to be done.

I took my radiator in to have a very small leak fixed/soldered, it's a copper/brass radiator. They kept it 3 days and supposedly fixed it. $180 and IT STILL LEAKS IN EXACTLY THE SAME PLACE! This place, these people, used to have great service as well as turn around time. I cannot find it within myself to EVER take anything back here again. Now I'm just going to buy another radiator and fix it myself. It's a shame that almost no one practices good business anymore. "Good business" used to mean something in our society. If "I" had a torch and a radiator leak test tank I could have fixed it myself for the cost of the torch gas and the solder. You have LOST my respect AND my business. Good riddance!

Fast on radiator repair but even if they tell you not to worry about taking out the fittings you better take them out anyway, now I’m on a wild goose chase trying to find 2 fittings for a piece of equipment from 1975 after paying over a grand to have the radiator re-cored, talk about frustrating.
