Where do I start!!! My family and I were passing through with our R.V. and had some battery issues with my truck. I pulled into Napa and talked with Lee and explained to him my issue he did all he could to help me figure out the issue after a few hours of Lee and myself trouble shooting the issue along with the help of one of there regular customers we were back on the road! Lee is amazing and the help we received at Napa in this community was amazing! Thank you Lee for your help and if you find yourself at this location Lee is your man to talk too!!! I needed a specialty pop rivet for a watercraft. Didn't have a lot of hope, but figured I would try. I asked bald dude at counter who was otherwise unoccupied, for directions to rivets, and he barely lifted a finger to point me to the rack that had all sorts of door panel plugs and such. I asked if they really had rivets and he replied "they're in there somewhere." I didn't give much more thought to it and moved on to O'REILLY, where I was greeted by a friendly, personable guy who walked me to the aisle, and sifted through the packages for me. Before giving up he said he should check his computer to see if he could locate something that would work. Then I stopped at Advance and similarly was escorted to the rivets. When he couldn't find one, he found the manager who gave me a business card for an auto body shop that might have something. The contrast between "they are in there somewhere" and "let me see if there's any other options," was striking. I realize a pop rivet isn't a large purchase. However, when you're in the retail business in a dumpy/dying shopping center, your inventory on shelves is covered with dust, and three modern free standing stores have popped up within a mile of you, whilst all will ship directly to customers' homes, you have to at least pretend and give the impression that you care, at least slightly.
