Went here to get a suit tailored. It was my first suit and I'm a femme woman who's 5'1", so it's hard to find anything that fits right and the blazer needed quite a bit of adjusting. David Holder was so helpful, so patient, and upfront about costs and the breakdown. Every time I asked him if something could be done he said "we can do anything you want, it's just a matter of pricing." He had a great sense of humour, and made me feel very at ease. The suit ended up fitting perfectly and I got a lot of compliments at the wedding I went to!

Completely ruined blazer sleeves and the hem job of pants. This was the second attempt at fixing what they messed up and made it worse. If you take something to them and they mess it up, do not let them try and fix it as the garment will likely be completely ruined. The blazer just needed the sleeves to be taken out. What they gave back to me was a very patchy sleeve where you can see and feel the additional fabric they added to extend the sleeve. I was initially told it would “wash out” - I don’t even know what that means. The second time around, the sleeves are now completely deformed. The blazer is a vintage Giorgio Armani that is priceless and can not be replaced. The pants- pretty easy hem job in my opinion. When I initially picked up the pants, they agreed the hem looked “janky” they agreed to fix, now the second time around, it looks even worse. These are $1600 khaite pants. If you do not have the expertise with certain fabrics or the alteration isn’t possible it would be much better for everyone if you just say you can not do it instead of trying 2x and messing up peoples garments.

I came in as a walk-in because a button had popped off my coat earlier that day. It was the middle of winter, so I needed it fixed quickly. They were super helpful and agreed to reattach it on the spot for me, and they even waived the rush fee since it was such a small task. The whole process only took around 10 minutes and they even mended a small hole in one of my mittens and reinforced one of the other buttons on my coat. Overall their service was amazing and I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!
