I brought my car in for an oil change, and somehow they left the oil cap off. When I picked the car up, the engine bay was covered in oil. Honestly, I don’t get how something that basic gets missed. Yeah, I can put the oil cap back on myself .. that’s not the issue. The issue is the lack of attention to detail. If something this simple is overlooked during an oil change, it really makes you wonder how carefully they handle bigger jobs. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share this so others can decide for themselves. A small mistake like this could’ve easily turned into a much bigger and more expensive problem. After this experience, I honestly look at the 160 something reviews very differently. When a mistake this basic happens, it makes you wonder whether those reviews were actually earned through quality work, or just collected from friends and acquaintances. What I experienced doesn’t really line up with that rating. I won’t say more. The pictures speak for themselves.

They did an amazing job at repairing my rear and front bumper. The job took one day and i couldn’t be happier. I will definitely be using this place again and can’t recommend it enough. The before and after are insane and I feel like my car looks brand new!!
