I come here often and just want to shop peacefully. Today, I had the most uncomfortable encounter with a staff in furnitures named Efrain. I politely asked if he could help me bring a stool to the front so I can pay. He asked me which one and went over to show him. He picked it up and proceeded to lecture me that this was not a stool but a chair. I said “sorry.” He then went on and says that “You should know the difference between a chair and a stool. That is a stool.” He points to what looked to me exactly the same thing. So I said what does it matter if it’s a chair or a stool they are similar? He laughs and says that I should know if I want help as he has worked in the furniture dept for x amount of years. He then goes over to the security guys and loudly speaks about how I didn’t know the difference between what a chair and a stool is. He walks towards me while I am in line to pay, so I say “do you really need to go on about this?” He laughs at me and says you really should know the difference between a stool and a chair. I say that he is very passive aggressive and want to his know his name so I can speak to a manger. He laughs and yells “Oh please! My name is Efrain you’re being …” I raise my hand and tell him to stop. He laughs and yells “ Have a nice day!” I spoke with the manager who was very kind and listened. She was very understanding and apologized, that Efrain will be spoken to. Normally, I would have kept silent, but Efrain wouldn’t stop unnecessarily berating me, a customer, to borderline harassment. I spoke to the manager so that he doesn’t do this to anyone else that’s soft spoken and kind. This goes down as one of the worst shopping experiences or experiences in general that I have ever had.

HomeGoods is always such a fun treasure hunt! They have great selections for home decor, kitchenware, and seasonal finds. I always end up discovering something I didn’t know I needed. One of my favorite finds? Their jalapeño cassava chips—so addictive and perfectly crunchy with a kick. I always grab a few bags whenever I visit. Definitely one of my favorite spots to browse and shop!

With spring and Easter coming this is your must visit store. They have plenty of cute Easter decor and planters. This is a pretty good home goods store, good collection and well maintained. They have everything from very good quality bedding sets, coffee mugs, kitchen supplies, sofas, carpets , paintings and what not. Sometimes the amount of stuff can be overwhelming. They have good amount stationary and some cute toys too..They have a huge collection of pet supplies including beds, toys and chews. Now you can see a lot of Indian Diyas and decoration..Over all a good store
