Went to TA in NY and the Whiting time was 18 hours! I came to the shop D&D and they did a fabulous job for me they saved me from waiting 18 hours! Replaced 2 brake chambers and adjusted the brakes in a remarkable time and professional way Cesar the technician did an amazing job I highly recommend them for any service in the area Thanks a lot

This shop is a complete scam and utterly unprofessional! They gouged me $570 for tightening just three bolts, tacked on a bogus 4-hour labor charge, and had the audacity to stress out the driver. When reporting the driver fee to the company, they didn’t even bother to give the driver any privacy—kicking them out of the room would’ve been basic decency. Shady, overpriced, and disrespectful. Steer clear of this pathetic excuse for a repair shop!

They did an oil change and tightened a loose bolt on the steering gearbox, but they gave me an extremely expensive bill. When I said the price didn’t seem fair, they took me into the office and kept me there like a hostage. Do *not* come to this shop — it will be the biggest mistake of your life. These people are not reasonable at all. There was almost a fight while I was there.
