This is my second time living in a Heatherwood Property, and they are always so well managed! Every time you submit a maintenance request you get someone there within minutes. Staff are friendly and professional, and common areas are always very clean.

Recently toured with Jillyan, and she was very informative about the area and all the amenities included in the property. She even knew about the small shops and places within walking distance. While the building is a bit small for my taste, the cleanliness was top-notch. Her friendly approach made me feel comfortable in a new area.

I can say enough about the people who maintain this residence. Rey, Starlin and Jillian make this building amazing. Every day I’m greeted with a smile when I see the employees here. They arnot only kind and friendly, but dedicated as well. It is always spotless. Whether it’s the gym, the halls, the business center, the rooftop or the lounge, cleanliness has never been an issue in my 2 years living here. I have recommended apartments here too multiple friends and I will continue to do so because of the amazing work done by the people who make us feel safe and looked after.
