Since the moment I walked in several months ago, I was greeted by Dennis, not only an expert, but someone truly passionate about what he does. After staying after hours, he was able to truly give me the knowledge and understanding I needed before entering the hi-fi space. I ended up walking out with a system that brings so much joy to me. His wife Giselle was also an incredible help in terms of communication and follow-through. Dennis and his wife set me up with a great integrated amplifier and speakers for the new family turntable. They are both knowledgeable (these aren’t called “receivers” anymore) and patient, capable of setting up a $1.5 million dollar auditorium or a simple nyc living room for a modest income. I tried a couple of the big box stores and left dejected by the narrow scope of 7 mini speakers dedicated to “home theatre” sound. —If you’re getting back into the hifi, this is the place.
