Ben is fantastic and did a great job on our 2012 Suburban. I had the dreaded 6l80 torque converter shudder and he installed a reman from certified transmission with a 3 year/100k warranty. He communicated with me throughout the entire process and was very easy to deal with. After ordering the reman it took about a week to arrive which was on a Monday. Ben told me to drop it off that evening so he could jump on it in the morning. Well by 2:20 the next day he was finished and we picked it up and it drives like new again. He also installed my transmission cooler lines and the rear main seal and did it for a fair price. I'm pleased with his service and if you or anyone you know need any transmission work done I would not hesitate to give him a shot. You will be glad you did! Thanks again Ben and Tracy too! My 2020 Chevy Suburban transmission Went out on me on Tuesday I found jones transmission Wednesday by Thursday I had my truck towed there. Like I was told 3-5 days i would be back up and running. And he kept his word it’s Friday truck back up and running. I’m pleased with the communication as well as the job that was done on my truck. And got everything done at an affordable price. My 2016 nissan frontier had a transmission leak in 2 places. Ben repaired both leaks. He also kept in touch and sent pictures of what he found and what the repair would involve. Thanks for your honesty and the great work. I Will call on again for repair work when I need something else.
