I met these wonderful people after a head on collision with a semi. The Admin at the window, Stacey, was so sweet about the situation, even providing me tools to get my license plate off. She directed us to where Medusa, what was left of her, was so that I could take pics for the insurance claim. Since the car wouldn't start, I c I couldn't access the trunk. Trevor and another gentleman realized that my back seats could be laid down. (I felt soooo dumb, y'all!) Got em down, got my things, returned the tools, abs Stacey gave me some chocolate, said, "I saw that car. You've earned these." I've never been in a wreck, had no idea what to expect, but everyone was fantastic. 2 thumbs up for Carolina Towing in Arden, NC.
