I wouldn’t buy a car if Mark Miller wasn’t in on the deal. PERIOD. Love this fella! He’s very respectful, cordial, honest, and trustworthy. Michelle does an awesome job with financial part of the deal. She’s knowledgeable, thorough, and has amazing customer service skills. Fields Auto Group should be made aware of these three major assets to their team. I don’t even look at any other Brand other than BMW and I have such trust in my team at BMW of Asheville, I never shop at other BMW dealerships because I know the integrity of my team.
