I was in the market for a used car after an accident totaled my previous vehicle and came across a Kia Niro listing on Facebook that linked to Cars.com. I decided to check it out and had a great experience from start to finish. They were very professional, straightforward, and completely no-pressure. They handed me the keys, gave me time to inspect the car on my own, and were happy to answer all of my questions. During the test drive, I noticed a couple of minor issues and brought them up, they addressed everything promptly without hesitation. When I returned to pick up the vehicle after purchasing, they had even installed a brand-new set of tires. I did have to bring the car back for a small issue I noticed afterward, but they were quick to fix it and get me back on the road. That level of care and professionalism really stands out. Overall, they were easy to work with, honest, and clearly stand behind the vehicles they sell. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.

Grateful

It's a late Saturday afternoon on Valentine's Day and my car is stuck in a country roadside snowbank. With "Big Auto Insurer" saying nearest tow truck is many hours away, and the sun going down fast, I vaguely recall seeing a tow truck at Citywide Automotive North. Crossed fingers and rang the number... 20 minutes later Toby+Assistant have extricated the car from its cold embrace. I cannot thank them enough.

Toby was the best, they are professional and caring. He went over the details of the vehicle and the vehicle was clean and ready. They only had a few hours to prepare as I was coming from 3 hours away and they got it done. I told him a little story of our getting the vehicle and he was really compassionate so if they have what you need give them a call.
