We’ve had to be rescued by Ulster RV twice, and both times Don truly saved the day! When our water heater stopped working, he quickly diagnosed the issues. Even though he didn’t have the needed part on hand to fix the propane water heater during the first visit, he still managed to get the electric water heater up and running. On his second visit, Don remembered the part required for the propane water heater and fixed it in no time. I don’t think I’ve ever been so happy to be able to do the dishes! Highly recommend Ulster RV for their excellent service and knowledgeable technician!
