Do NOT use this company. Most of the good reviews seem to be written by their own people. Extremely unprofessional service and a complete waste of time. We informed them 3 hours in advance that our driver was coming. Then, 20 minutes before arrival, when we called to confirm, they suddenly said their equipment was not working. Seriously? They couldn’t even call us to inform the carrier ahead of time. Very dishonest and unreliable. I would strongly recommend staying away from this place.

⚠️ WARNING: If your truck have issue with DEF, do NOT let these people touch it! My truck broke down on 1/18/26 in Greenfield. I called roadside service and they said it was a sensor issue. then I called S&S Shop, and they told me to bring my truck in. I stayed there 2 days and ended up paying $2,800. After picking up my truck, I drove about 50 miles and the check engine light came on. The next day, my truck would not go over 55 mph. I called S&S Shop again and they told me to bring it back. I spent 12 more hours there and paid over $700 more. When I got my truck back, it was worse than before. I then took my truck to another shop at 1325 26th Ave Ct SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404. They told me that S&S Shop had misprogrammed my truck’s computer. They called S&S Shop, explained the problem, and fixed my truck in less than one hour for1 cheap price. I tried to contact S&S Shop to get my money back, but they refused. Save yourself time, money, and stress—do not take your truck to S&S Shop.
