? WARNING: Stay Away From This Car Lot ? This place is the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. They sold me a junk car, promised to “fix” it, kept it for THREE weeks, and did absolutely nothing, what little they touched, they actually made worse. Then they switched me into another car but treated me like I was the problem. The owner straight-up called me a “bum,” pried into my personal life with rude questions, and only acted decent when my girlfriend’s mom stepped in. On top of that, their math doesn’t even add up. I’ve paid way more than what they claim I’ve paid, and when they repossessed the car (in the middle of the night while I was at the store), they wouldn’t even let me get my own belongings out. This place is shady, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. Do yourself a favor and take your money anywhere else — you’ll thank yourself later. EDIT: This place is beyond unprofessional and dishonest. They repossessed my car and promised I could get my belongings out the next day — it’s been days now and every time I go in, they push things back. Today I showed up, and not only was my car not there, but the lady inside was extremely rude and told me I couldn’t get into the car because the owner wasn’t around. They acted like letting me get my own things out was them “offering” me something, when that’s literally my legal right. On top of that, I put $1500 down as a payment that they said would go toward the car — yet they refuse to show any proof of that ever being applied. When I asked for proof, I was told to “get the hell out of the office.” That’s their version of customer service. This place lies, scams, and cheats people out of their money. They push dates back, break promises, and treat customers with no respect whatsoever. Save yourself the stress — don’t buy here.

Warning ⚠️ do not go to this place when I first got the car they said there was nothing wrong with it when they brought the car around the car already had a flat tire and the so called “ mechanic” said that any mechanical issues would be fixed for free he aired up the tire and we were on our way back home with the car . Everything went well for abt a week before the car started overheating and leaking coolant . We took to go get it fixed for FREE when we asked if it would cost anything whoever texted us back said OF COURSE. We mentioned that the mechanic said it would be free and they “ FIXED” in quotations . They had it for 2 weeks we presume they didn’t touch a thing on the car and just let it sit there when they were ready to get off their high horse we pick up the car very excited to get it back and they told us that everything was fixed and to come back if any problems with it . We didn’t pay for the car itself to get fixed but we did pay $200 for the car payment all In all. The next week we were told we needed to do another payment . Mind you we had just payed last week and payments are every 2 weeks for $400 a month which isn’t bad . I am personally very uneducated when it comes to cars but when I looked up how much the car was worth it wasn’t even close that what we were paying . It was $3,000 less than what we are paying . About a week after it was fixed the FIRST time the car started doing the same thing BUT WORSE . We broke down on the side of the road and had to Push the car to a gas station. We went to speak to them about some things with the car and I did my research since this was my first time getting a car for any dealership and they were supposed to give us copies of everything we signed and everything we read . They failed to do that when I asked for copies the woman absolutely refused and said she’d take pictures on her phone . I asked if I could take pictures as well on mine so I would have timestamps along with dates since I had an iPhone and it does all of the information. She proceeded to argue with me and tell her to get out of her shop . She also stated that on the 14th ( the day we picked the car up from the shop to get it fixed the first time) that we only payed $100 thankfully I had the receipt of that exact payment which was on the 14th she then proceeded to say “ oh that was my fault” which she clearly did on purpose to bring in more money . She was argumentative and rude to her customers I don’t understand why she refused us the copies along with me taking pictures but this place is very shady and if you are reading this, I was smart enough to record everything on voice memos we got it all on recording just in case you wanna say you didn’t do anything. SHOULD I DROP THE RECORDING? Haha don’t go to this place tho RILEYS AUTO SELLS IN LYLES TN IS A RIP OFF TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE

Had a pretty decent experience with this lot until the main guy screwed me over on this last vehicle we had. Asked for a week extension on a car payment to which I got no response. Few days later showed up randomly and repoed the car. Then responded back for the first time only saying that I would have to pay the vehicle off entirely to get it back, mind you I payed over half of the car cost upfront when originally getting it. Over one lousy payment. Very unprofessional way of doing business with people. We cut our losses and found something better. If your desperate for a vehicle watch your back is all I have to say.
