I bought a used Honda Pilot here from Joe. He was a first class honest salesman and I am very happy with the car and the deal. I would recommend these guys over most of the other used car lots.

Very weird person this person is. I schedule a test drive day for a 08 car but when I wanted to see the Carfax, the person kept telling me that I didn’t need it, that I should just drive it and that’s the better thing to do and that I’m worried too much about the Carfax. when I explain to him that I needed it for the maintenance history, title history and other stuff, the person got really defensive and was telling me that I should grateful for the price and if it’s a lemon it’s a lemon. This place is a huge red flag and I recommend everyone that have to consider this place, REQUEST THE CARFAX NO MATTER WHAT. Do not let them trick you into buying their car or trusting their mechanic that they pay for without being fully informed we have Carfax for a reason. I rarely leave negative reviews but I want to warn everyone to take your business else because “we can survive without you” lol (they actually said this lol) Also read the other reviews too I’m not the only one EDIT: So please read the response from the owner on this; this was what I was talking about; completely weird and rude kind of person. Obviously we know the car is old but you are in the business of profit regardless of car age or type. And again, we have Lemon Laws for a reason. CARFAX is for the summery of the car. But the fact you don’t give potential customers the comfort of a Carfax regardless of it being good or bad condition give us a sense of unease from buying from you. I literally brought a car that was about the same as theirs in condition, mileage, and age but they gave me the Carfax with no problems and the car was not all great. But the fact they was not scared or ashamed to share the Carfax made me comfortable to visit them, test out the car, buying from them. And I ended up paying them 3K more then what this dealership was selling but I’m happy the right people with excellent customer service was able to take my money in full cash. Phil and Tom were great , they gave me a much better experience than planet Honda , they explained everything let us look at the car and under the hood , took for a test drive and it was wonderful , they made the whole process so easy, super happy with my purchase
