Charlie went above and beyond to help me out. He sold me a beautiful Chevrolet Suburban and made sure the car was in perfect condition before handing it over. He did all the necessary checks to ensure we wouldn’t run into any issues, and his team had it fully serviced and detailed. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and knowledge—he will not sell you a car unless he personally deems it worthy. This is by far the fastest car dealership that I’ve ever dealt with. We walked in bought two cars and it took maybe 10 or 15 minutes to get all the paperwork signed and out the door. The cars we purchased for our kids were very nice and at a great price. It’s hard to find used cars it a good deal nowadays and this place was more than fair. I’ve lived in Chapin most of my life in the owner, Charles, lives in Chapin as well, so he’s not trying to sell pieces of junk to people that he live near him. So go visit him and give him some business and you’ll see how quick you can get in and out of there after you test drive a vehicle.

Terrible customer service. Charles wasn’t willing to negotiate price at all, just kept demanding that we were “getting a great deal.” We were in a pinch and needed a vehicle so against our better judgment, we bought it. Got home & realized the backseat AC doesn’t work, partially our fault for not realizing before but also something I feel he should’ve mentioned. One week later the transmission went out. Charles wouldn’t answer our phone calls or texts. So ONE WEEK after getting “such a great deal” from Charles we had to put $6000 into a new transmission.
