I bought a used vehicle and the previous owners didn't change the timing belt when needed. I called this shop and they offered a better estimate than any other place I called. Ralph was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He even offered me a spare vehicle at no charge due to the situation I was in. My vehicle was done in a day which was great. I had purchased new wipers recently and had them in the car to change. Ralph noticed them and changed them for me which was really nice. I plan on using West End Auto as my go-to shop going forward. Ralph and his entire team are fantastic and deserve the positive reviews you're seeing on here.
