Very high attention to detail, skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly. I can give some unique and valuable insight into this business because I own and operate an Auto shop and Jake (owner & Technician of Deep Creek Auto) worked as a technician for my shop for years and he is an amazingly skilled individual. I wish we could have kept him around forever! This is a small family operation and it’s important to understand that given the size of the business and staff and their high quality of workmanship, the trade off is that it’s best to plan to give them plenty of time to work with your vehicle.
